Quarterly Ethics Review

The Quarterly Ethics Review is an in-depth discussion that focuses on timely issues in business through a lens of ethics.

This edition of the Quarterly Ethics Review, held January 27, 2015, sheds light on three stories of questionable ethical conduct in the US business community reported in the press during the three months prior to March 31, 2015.

Moderated by Dan Sweeney, Director of The Institute for Enterprise Ethics, the panel discussed:

  • recent rulings by the U.S. 2nd Circuit Court and their affect on Insider Trading
  • excessive payouts to federal whistleblowers
  • UBER's recent coverage in the media

Sweeney was joined by members of the Daniels College of Business Faculty: Bruce Klaw, Erin Nickell and Paul Seaborn.
