The Institute's focus on Enterprise Governance and Leadership is designed to help senior executives, officers, independent directors and counselors and advisors to both commercial and service organizations to guide their enterprises to stay on the forefront of enterprise ethics. These discussions will be relevant to both public and private corporations whether they be well established enterprises or emerging entrepreneurial ventures and will cover such issues as:
